Songbird 1.0.0 Linux Installer Download Link #1 (MediaFire.com)

Songbird 1.0.0 Linux Installer Download Link #2 (FileFactory.com)

Please be aware that I do not have a 64-Bit system to test this with, so I cannot be sure that it will work for you.

Please respond with any problems and other feedback via email at Erich.Wilhelm@Gmail.com or in the comment box. Thanks for the large turnout of support so far.

Enjoy!

    Hmm.. doesn’t work for me.

There must be something the songbird team added that’s messing up things for some of us. I tried getdeb and yours, same errors for both.

I’m suspecting the songbird dependencies they included as built-in. But I’m not an expert on these things.

I guess no Songbird 1.0 for me and a couple of other people out there.
So much for “version 1.0″ :p

What error are you getting exactly?

  3. Erich says:

As an update, I’ve had a few people tell me that the 64Bit version didn’t work for them so they tried the 32Bit version and it does work. It might be worth a try. :)

This is working for me, though I had songbird installed in my home directory. Perhaps there’s some bit of setup missing in this .deb?

  5. Erich says:

Do you mean that this deb installed songbird to your home directory or that you installed songbird yourself with a different file and you put it in your home directory?
